We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee all aspects of logistics and supply chain management. The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The successful candidate will ensure that the right products are delivered to the right location on time and at a good cost.
Responsibilities:

• Establish, improve and implement the company's logistics management system and related work processes.
• Planning and designing the company's logistics, supply chain operation mode and logistics distribution network.
• Responsible for logistics work such as receiving, dispatching, and handling of goods.
• Assist customer service in packaging, shipping and receiving of damaged parts for repair.
• Communicate and coordinate with the E-commerce department to arrange shipment schedules.
• Track shipments and update shipping schedules.
• Work related to import, export, submission of shipping documents to customs brokers and freight forwarders.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain, logistics or related areas
• Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience is preferred
• Experience in international logistics between NA and China is preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
• Mandarin is highly preferable
• Able to travel to the US and China

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
Additional pay:

• Bonus pay
