We are seeking an office manager to join our growing team in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational, communication, and engagement skills. This role involves establishing work priorities, delegating tasks to office support staff, and supporting administrative functions to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relations and address concerns professionally and courteously.
• Generate and distribute memos and communications
• Process payments, transfers, and returns.
• Generate and verify invoices.
• Conduct cash reconciliation.
• Assist the Business Development team with proposals and presentations.
• Create, populate, and submit reports.
• Perform data entry and filing tasks.
• Manage inventory of uniforms and office supplies.
• Oversee stationery purchases and maintain electronic devices.

Requirements:

• A post-secondary degree or certificate is an asset.
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in preparing and delivering presentations (Power Point).
• Bilingual in French and English (both oral and written) is an asset.
