Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to assist with membership sales, donations, surveys, and information updates.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Effectively communicate the mission and goals of our clients to inspire donations.
• Handle objections and rejections gracefully, staying motivated and positive.
• Accurately record donor information and pledges in our secure call center software.
• Follow up with donors as needed to ensure a seamless donation process.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve fundraising skills.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, caring, and compassionate.
• Ability to carry a conversation and engage donors while persuading them to make monthly donations.
• Computer literacy and the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Ideally, you are a strong charity advocate, have a fundraising, customer service, or retail background, and understand human rights, politics, and environmental issues.

Technical Requirements:

• High-speed hard-wired internet connection.
• USB Headset.
• Up-to-date Windows computer with Windows 11 operating system.
• A quiet room to work in with the ability to close your door.
