Responsibilities:
- Engage in high-level prospecting to secure two discovery meetings weekly (60%)
- Strategically manage the sales pipeline, oversee drip campaigns, and maintain pristine CRM data (30%)
- Craft territory and account plans and become an industry SME by conducting in-depth research (10%)
Experience Required:
- 5-6 years of SMB/Mid-Market Saa S sales experience
- Expertise in CRM tools, mastering cold calls, handling objections, and closing deals
- Valuable HCM industry experience

- Achievers such as Presidents Club winners or equivalent are highly regarded
