JOB DESCRIPTION
The Staging Associate is responsible for the efficient product picking and packing of all customer orders in support of cleanroom production.
Under the direction of the Production Team Lead and/or Pharmacist, the Staging Associate accurately picks and stages all supplies as outlined on the worksheets, prepares product for decontamination, and inspects/labels and packages all completed production. The work is performed according to set practices and procedures and is of a routine nature. Unusual problems are referred to the incumbent’s lead and/or supervisor/manager.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Lengthy periods of standing are required
- 80-90% of the time is standing and moving to complete tasks required, using outstretched arms in front of the body while picking and packing IV admixtures
- Lifting is required of objects up to 30lbs.
- 90% of the time concentrated visual attention is required for verification of finished product
- Routine, fast paced work environment
- Minimum high school diploma
- Strong English communication skills required
- General computer aptitude
- Ability to multi-task; prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
