Main Responsibilities

• Manage day to day operation of the shop (expenses, repair quality, safety and personnel)
• Lead, coach and mentor staff to ensure that personnel are adhering to standard operating, safety procedures and company policies
• Develop, implement and maintain processes, procedures and programs to improve safety, productivity, and efficiencies
• Maintain a clean and organized shop
• Ensure completion of repairs in a timely fashion
• Ensure fleet meets corporate appearance standards
• Diagnose and rectify faults
• Other duties as assigned
