Job Overview
Goodland Equity Partners is seeking dynamic and motivated full-time Dealer Representatives (DRs) to join our team. The DRs will be responsible for managing client relationships, executing trades, and promoting our real estate investment products. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the necessary certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. What You Will Be Doing
Sales and Promotion:
- Promote Goodland Equity Partners’ real estate investment products to prospective clients.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with potential investors to explain product offerings and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on their investments.
- Process and execute trades accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and client interactions.
- Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s investment products and the exempt market.
- Continuously update knowledge on market trends and investment opportunities.
- Prepare and review client documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate and provide regular reports on client portfolios and performance metrics.
- Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and licenses, including CSC or EMP.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate investment opportunities and complex financial concepts.
- Customer-Oriented: Focused on providing excellent customer service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Detail-Oriented: Meticulous in handling documentation and ensuring accuracy in trade processing.
- Proactive: Self-motivated and able to work independently, anticipating and addressing client needs.

- Ethical and Trustworthy: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards in all interactions.
- Licensing: Completion of CSC or EMP is required. The successful candidate will have completed either before the official start date; however, the application and interview process can take place before the completion.
- Experience: Previous experience in financial services, capital markets, commercial real estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using related sales tracking and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Products: Familiarity with real estate investment products and exempt market securities.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of and adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Client Management: Experience in managing client accounts, conducting due diligence, and providing ongoing support.
- Professional Development: Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Pay: $75,000.00-$300,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Flexible schedule
- Paid time off
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- commercial real estate sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Financial services: 2 years (preferred)
- Investment Sales: 2 years (preferred)
