We are currently in need of a self-starter individual who is prepared to roll up their sleeves and become an integral part of our Winnipeg Warehouse team as our next Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping our customers receive goods and services to achieve and maintain clean indoor air.

The day-to-day activities of our Warehouse Associate include:

• Shipping and Receiving – Performing various shipping and receiving tasks, while ensuring orders are picked and packed accurately in a timely manner and to the customer satisfaction.
• Commitment to Safety: You demonstrate a strong commitment to safety by maintaining a secure work environment for all team members. This involves participating in the health and safety program, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and diligently documenting any incidents or near misses.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset.

During the interview process, we will assess the following:

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 23 Kg (50lbs).
• Safety focused mindset: Understanding and adhering to all safety protocols and procedures and actively seeking ways to improve safety.
• Communication Skills: We are seeking a candidate with outstanding verbal communication abilities. You should be able to articulate ideas clearly, listen actively to understand customer needs, and respond effectively with empathy and professionalism.

A successful candidate must be able to pass pre-employment drug, cannabis and alcohol test.
