To reach out to partners (phone and in person)of the Ministry and be willing to thank them, pray with them and engage with them, getting to know them and sharing of testimonies. Also, be willing to discuss Estate Planning where the opportunities arise.
Duties and Expectations:
To become and stay familiar with the teachings of Dr. Stanley
To maintain contact with the donors in your assigned area through phone calls, visits or emails
To pray with people about their concerns and needs whenever possible
To plan and prepare for any events where we can promote the ministry of In Touch
To be prepared to work weekends and evenings as the need arises
To be prepared to discuss planned giving with donors, being able to ask questions as you get to know our partners.
To provide regular reports to management
Willingness to help in the office with regular administration tasks as needed
Qualifications:
All employees are to exhibit spiritual maturity working as part of the In Touch Ministries team
Attentive to details & good organization skills
Proficient in English Grammar and composition
Computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn additional software
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style
Previous fundraising, marketing or sales experience is an asset.
Experience making outgoing calls and following up is desired
