Partner Account ManagerResponsible for driving sales of products and services with Channel Partners in Chile. This is accomplished through the creation and execution of a joint business plan and capability development of Partner to drive and achieve set (yearly) targets. In addition, this role understands the optimized Go to Market set-up in Chile and will drive it accordingly (in alignment with Regional Management Strategy)
Your role:

Be the voice of Partner with Philips stakeholders, act as single point of contact on projects related to the indirect business & service.

Support the business & marketing teams with the creation and execution of business plan with Partners to enable commercial success with strong sales and service delivery performance.

Define, implement, and train Partners and/or Market on relevant indirect sales and services Philips processes and tools, as well as monitor and improve process performance with focus on regulatory and end customer satisfaction.

Participate in the selection, onboarding and evaluation of Sales and Service Partners and create action plan to develop their capabilities.

KPIs: OIT and Channel Partner sales and services target completion per business, Growth and Market Share targets per business, Partner Capability (improvement) per business, NPS (Partner Satisfaction), % of performance review conducted with partner, % of Channel Partner A/R Overdue, % of IB recorded.
You're the right fit if:

You have acquired a minimum of 6 years of experience as an Indirect Channel Manager and/or held similar positions in the health technology industry in similar roles and/or minimum of 2 years of commercial or business development experience preferably in the health technology industry.

Your hold a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering or medical careers (Nursery, Medicine, etc.) or any other engineering-related field. MBA or master's degree in Sales, Marketing and other related specializations are desired.

Your skills include a customer first approach, deep understanding of the healthcare industry in Chile, Commercial mind-set and strategic thinking skills as well as Strong people and matrix management skills and experience.

You are an effective communicator, accountable, expert growing your network & stablishing strong relationships with your customers, result driven professional and passionate about your career.

Advanced English proficiency.
