Acerca del Role
Puestos relacionados con la capacitación y la evaluación de las funciones y actividades operativas.
- Planifica, diseña e imparte programas de capacitación técnica para el área operativa.
- Evalúa las necesidades de capacitación de los(as) trabajadores (as) e identifica áreas de mejora.
- Desarrolla y mantiene registros y materiales de capacitación actualizados y pertinentes.
- Proporciona retroalimentación y evalúa a los trabajadores sobre su desempeño.
- Colaborar con supervisores y gerentes para asegurar que la capacitación se alinee con los objetivos del área operativa.
- Gestiona y planifica al equipo de Instructores del Asset Training, para el área operativa.
- Se esfuerza por conseguir el 100 % en términos de seguridad y valor para el
- cliente, y el 0 % en términos de desperdicios.
- Conoce a nuestro cliente y se apasiona por satisfacer sus necesidades
About You
Requisitos Excluyentes: El/la candidata (a) ideal debe tener:
- Experiencia en la industria minera y conocimientos en operaciones mineras.
- Conocimiento del proceso productivo: Transporte/carguío, Desarrollo, Tronadura.
- Operación de equipos mineros: CAEX mecánicos/eléctricos. Deseable operación de: Equipos Móviles y Semimóviles
- Posee título profesional de las carreras de: Ingeniería en Informática, Matemática, Industrial, Ingeniería Civil, otras carreras de Educación.
- Experiencia trabajando con grandes conjuntos de datos, simulación, optimización y nuevas tecnologías.
- Habilidades en capacitación y enseñanza.
- Conocimientos en seguridad minera y procedimientos operativos y de emergencia.
- Comunicación efectiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
- Habilidades en evaluación y retroalimentación.
- Actitud para prosperar en un entorno divertido y acelerado.
- Está dispuesto y tiene flexibilidad de trabajar en faena o remoto u otro, dependiendo de las demandas organizacionales.
- Experiencia o interés en trabajar en un entorno de equipo, con capacidad para gestionar plazos competitivos.
- Certificación en Diseño Instruccional (ISD, ADDIE, otro)
- Certificación en tecnologías de aprendizaje.
- Certificación en equipos mineros.
- Turno de Trabajo 7x7
