职位描述：
车计算测试团队负责人，负责团队管理及车计算项目测试，包括测试人员管理、测试项目管理、测试架构设计、平台搭建、测试工具开发、测试汇报等，对软件及系统测试质量负责，包括理解客户测试需求等。
任职要求：
1. 硕士，5年以上车计算测试经验，8人以上测试团队管理经验；
2. 熟悉车计算领域软件测试理论、方法 、流程、常用工具及自动化测试；
3. 有台架和实车测试经验；
4. 有较强的沟通交流、团队协作及文档能力；
5. 可以直接和海外客户英文汇报交流。有PMP认证优先。
