Main Tasks:

• Develop and drive the qualification process with technical service for the various PE grades with customers.
• Develop training module for sales & marketing team to improve team member’s skills and abilities.
• Close collaboration with qualification labs, universities to ensure certification of our PE grades.
• Define PE technical service training scope and conduct training workshops for our distributors’ teams.
• Provide support according to business and production needs in terms of manufacture specs development, application trouble shooting, and new product development for HDPE product in China.
• Preparation of product introduction materials including data sheet..
• Drive product trouble shooting with technical expertise for downstream customers.
• Provide technical support to promotion activities: Chinaplas, industry seminar, customer seminar, etc.
• Support product optimization and new development with technical expertise, trial run support, benchmark grades analysis and studies
• Ensure regular technical engagement with key customers, value chain stakeholders in the region as technical account manager.
• Conduct product and process training for internal team and external distributors.
• Lead task to acquire product certification: food safety, PE 100, FDA, etc.

Requirements:

• MSc or Ph D in Chemistry/Industrial & Applied Chemistry/Physical Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related area
• At least 10 years working experience in Polyethylene business, rich experience of pipe extrusion, blow molding, blown film or injection prefer
• Know-how of chemistry and physics, safety, and standard IT-applications; skills in project management
• Good communication skills
• Good communication level in English speaking and writing
