Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the Customer Service group / function.
You are responsible for a portfolio of our customers based in Southeast Asia. You are the first point of contact, and you participate in the cross departmental coordination of orders from order receipt until delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues.

Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for and deliver results in the Customer Service group / function.
You are responsible for a portfolio of our customers based in Southeast Asia. You are the first point of contact, and you participate in the cross departmental coordination of orders from order receipt until delivery of the product. You have daily contacts with international customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with commercial teams to support customer order process and customer communications as well as satisfied customer experience.
- Cooperate with supply chain teams to follow up product availability and delivery schedule
- Efficiently handle inquiries from existing and new customers
- Fully adhere to business rules and guidance.
- Prepare and distribute assigned reports related to customer service area, conduct analysis as required with timely follow-up.
- Maintain full compliance of SOX and internal control requirement.
- Support other business activities as required.
Ideal Profile:
- Based in Shanghai, China.
- You have Bachelor degree or above, with major in Economics, Business Management, International Trading, Supply Chain, Logistics, etc.
- You are looking for a challenging job within a global organization
- You have 3-5 years relevant working experience with sufficient knowledge on customer order handling and import & export processes, SAP is a plus.
- You are fluent in in Mandarin, English. Knowledge of Korean is required, and any other languages is a plus.
- You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer satisfaction is your main concern
- You have strong sense of urgency and good adaptability in changing environment, you can work under pressure
- You are a quick learner, especially when it comes to IT systems.
- You are an accurate worker and are strong work ethic
- Southeast Asia customers management experience is preferred
