Lead Material Engineer

The <Lead Material Engineer > for Cytiva is to provide technical leadership internally and externally to identify and develop new materials and technologies for Bioprocess consumables & reagents (Resins, Magnetic Beads, Primer Support, filtration etc). Lead materials’ selection, evaluation, validation and requirement definition for new product development. Bridge with global for resin to identify innovative materials. Work closely and effectively with cross-functional departments worldwide including R&D, Business Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory and Sourcing to enable products development (NPD, license In, OEM) to succeed and establish China SME for materials’ innovation.
