Position Statement/Summary
Manager, Recruitment Technology Implementation is to lead and drive recruitment projects, with a primary focus on the implementation and rollout of a new local Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will possess strong project management experience, recruitment-related skills, and exceptional communication and stakeholder influencing abilities.
What will I be doing?
As the Manager, Recruitment Technology Implementation you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Lead the end-to-end project management of the ATS implementation, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
• Manage relationships with ATS vendors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new system and processes.
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the ATS with existing HR systems and processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and hiring managers to ensure effective use of the new ATS.
• Oversee the migration of existing recruitment data into the new ATS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the ATS post-implementation.
• Continuously monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and Hilton’s policies and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment and HR project management, with at least 3 years specifically in ATS implementation.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of leading complex HR technology projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ATS systems and HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration processes.
• Experience in change management and training development.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
