1、Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
3、Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms, with a strong understanding of ad bidding strategies and optimization techniques.
4、Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics.
5、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6、Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
7、Experience in the e-commerce or tech industry, preferably within the Alibaba International ecosystem, is a plus.
