Roche China consists of the full value chain of Pharmaceuticals and Diagnostics fields, from early research, clinical development, manufacturing to commercialization. With more than 7,000 employees, Roche China is now working to develop itself into Roche's third global strategic center after Basel and San Francisco, and making sustained efforts to fulfill its long-term commitment to China, so as to meet Chinese patients’ unmet needs.

和患者，最终提升患者获益。
主要职责：
目标管理
目标管理
- 根据公司产品管线的整体策略，因地制宜地制定生态群发展目标，并负责实施计划和跟进有效性
- 与客户及合作伙伴建立广泛的合作和信任，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动
- 发展管理区域生态圈合作伙伴，提高当地生态圈医疗质量，提升患者获益
- 和准入团队合作保证区域内治疗药物的可及性
- 对接支持部门，建立沟通机制，确保生态圈内外部信息一致统一
- 管理生态圈管理委员会，进行人员及业务管理，并率领团队制定并执行相应计划
- 辅导和发展员工，打造团队的人才梯队
- 打造一个绩效和影响为先的团队氛围，以实现公司愿景和创新的工作模式
- 分配并管理公司资源以实现生态群目标
- 确保业务开展符合公司和国家合规要求，通过必要的合规培训、以身作则和监管，打造一个合规的工作环境
- 积极的进行领导技能的学习，以身作则执行公司各项规章制度，进行有效的团队管理
- 践行公司价值观，展现专业素养
岗位所需胜任力和思维
医学或药学相关本科及以上学历
- 充分践行领导者的角色，即远见者，架构师，教练及促成者
- 拥有正确的思维方式和领导力特质。（思维方式：使命驱动，协作，成长思维。领导力特质：系统思维，成长思维，真诚无畏，协作共赢，辅导培养。 ）
- 业务规划能力
- 良好的沟通能力
- 高效整合资源能力
- 10 年以上销售，市场，医学或准入工作经验
- 跨地区/跨部门/多产品管理的工作经验优先
