TA head of I&I would play a critical role in managing the team and pipeline projects, and act as a bridge connecting the other internal and external stakeholders in China. The role also is a team representative to global teams, integrating China team to global team.

Main responsibilities:
- Be the manager and leader of I&I development team, to oversee the pipeline projects. Deliver GSD (global simultaneous development) as early and many as possible, and ensure GSS (global simultaneous submission) as planned.
- Align the China strategies with global teams. Integrate China development strategy into global projects.
- Connect I&I development team to other functions within R&D, and outside R&D.
- Engage key external stakeholders, such as KOLs, medical societies, and agencies.
- Be the model for Sanofi culture.
About you
- Experience: Very good experience as a drug developer in immunology and inflammatory diseases. A true leader not just a manager to leader the team.
- Soft and technical skills: Natural influencer with great communication and relationship-building skills. Strong strategic thinking and excellent integrity to consolidate the team.
- Education: Medical Doctor with qualified clinical trainings is a must. Additional Ph.D. or other expertise is a plus.
- Languages: Native speaker in Chinese. Fluent in English.
