根据公司重点和属地化的业务环境，制定区域业务和渠道策略，并负责实施计划和跟进有效性
确保罗氏业务在多渠道间的健康有序开展。
负责财务管控和费用管理

区域合作与客户管理
辅导医院团队与客户及合作伙伴建立广泛的合作和信任，并共同为罗氏产品组合相关领域的规范诊疗水平提高而积极采取行动
和准入团队合作保证区域内治疗药物的可及性
领导多渠道团队执行CSO项目，列名，库存监控和销售培训等工作
确保CSO以罗氏合规和国家法律法规要求开展业务。

团队管理
管理生态圈管理委员会，进行人员及业务管理，并率领团队制定并执行相应计划
通过识别正确的思维，能力和背景，吸引和选拔一支高效和多样化的团队
辅导和发展员工，打造团队的人才梯队
打造一个绩效和影响为先的团队氛围，以实现公司愿景和创新的工作模式

任职资格：
教育程度/所获资格证书
本科及以上
医药行业市场推广、准入、咨询等相关岗位10年以上工作经验
从事过商务、处方药零售等相关工作优先
有广阔区域销售管理工作经验；
岗位所需胜任力
政策理解和行业洞察力、较强的策略分析能力、具有典型成长性思维、复杂项目管理能力、跨部门沟通与团队管理
