Job Details:
1、负责深加工生产线全流程生产过程管控，确保生产计划，产品质量以及生产安全等各项关键生产指标达到公司管理目标；
2、及时处理生产过程出现的各种问题的进行协调解决；
3、推动生产现场的持续改善项目，提高生产效率及品质，减少和避免浪费，持续降低生产成本；
4、负责车间的人员管理，包括培训、考核、调配以及员工冲突处理，建立积极向上的团队氛围
