Job Overview:
This role will assist sales in technical coordination with OEMs and obtain business opportunities and provide comprehensive technical services for OEM department to promote the rapid development in China.


Responsibilities:
1.Recommend suitable products to OEM customers as needed.
2.As a technical liaison, finish customer visits together with sales and assist OEM customers in completing a series of product specific technical identification.
3. Arrange and coordinate product testing from customers.
4. Assist the laboratory in completing OEM old oil analysis report and organize, summarize, and analyze it.
5. Complete the preparation of technical materials, training materials, and SOP documents for Valvoline products, and assist OEM customers in market promotion and related training.
6. Provide relevant technical, product application, and recommendation consultation, and assist in solving technical problems
7. Handle product and technical complaints for OEM customers and cooperate with sales to complete explanation work.
8. Collaborate with other departments to complete technical related tasks and C=complete other tasks required by the technical department.


Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemistry preferable. Other majors are also acceptable.
2. At least 8 years of relevant work experience
3. - Understand the technical development trends in the automotive and automotive lubricant industry, be familiar with the structure of automobiles and the working principles in different systems, and understand the maintenance requirements of various automotive systems.

• Familiar with the specifications of lubricant and the certification specifications and requirements of OEMs.
• Understand the market for automotive lubricants and maintenance products.
• Strong learning, communication, and training abilities.
• Has the ability to analyze and judge vehicle malfunction.
• Have the hands-on ability to disassemble and assemble certain systems.

- Proficient in English reading and writing, able to read and translate technical information in English.-

• Physically and mentally healthy, can work under pressure and able to handle frequent business trips.
• Obtain driver's license.
