岗位：中央卫生准入项目副经理/经理

中央卫生准入项目副经理/经理根据部门总体目标及策略，负责部门中央卫生准入（特别是基本药物目录准入）内外部项目的策划执行以及CMA内部部门间中央卫生准入事宜沟通。

您将有机会：

• 根据CHAPt部门目标负责部门卫生项目准入（特别是基本药物目录准入）的内外部项目的组织运营、部门项目规划、方案制定和预算使用并建立和完善活动和项目跟踪管理流程和评估报告系统，跟进实施进展并协调问题解决，定期更新活动的执行情况和预算管理，确保项目目标与策略的高度切合。
• 根据部门准入政策倡导和跟进重点负责部门内和跨部门的项目（特别是基本药物准入沟通情况）的统筹跟进。
• 协调跨团队的资源及项目，支持关键产品和准入政策倡导在国家/地方准入一体化策略的执行，并协助开发创新项目和活动，推动产品准入，政策倡导，项目规划和客户覆盖工作间的协调性和整体体系的提升。
• 负责部门日常客户管理项目及创新优化客户管理项目的设计，针对关键客户制定项目覆盖计划，跟进进展并提供相关报告，为部门客户互动决策提供相关建议。 .
• 其它公司交办的工作。

我们期待您：

• 拥有超过3年的医疗行业工作经验，其中至少1年的政府事务、市场准入相关工作经验；
• 具有相关领域的高级学位（优先考虑硕士学位），例如医学、健康政策、经济学、管理等；
• 项目管理技能，特别是计划、实施、预算管理经验 极强的独立分析及解决问题的能力
• 非常强的组织协调沟通能力。
• 语言能力-娴熟的英文掌握能力
• 拥有项目管理和实施的专业知识优先考虑；
• 具备良好的英语口头和书面表达能力；
• 良好的演讲技巧。
