Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper!
Are you a detail-oriented financial wizard with a passion for numbers? We’re looking for talented Bookkeepers to join our dynamic team in various cities across Latin America!
Locations:

• Guatemala City, Honduras
• Chihuahua, México
• Córdoba, Argentina
• Cali, Bucaramanga, Bogotá, Barranquilla, Medellín, Colombia

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm EST

Language Requirement:

• English: B2 level

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for clients by recording all transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping and financial management.

Requirements & Skills: Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Quick Books Online and Microsoft Excel.
• Technical bookkeeping, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
• Bank statements and account reconciliation.
• Understanding of financial regulations and standards.
• Minimum of 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience.

Soft Skills:

• Attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Client-facing and adaptable.
