The Declaration & Forms Review will call our clients and review all forms and declaration with them once their case is ready for review. The Reviewer ensures that the client agrees to all documentation, form particulars, and content in the declaration before the client signs.

Schedule: Tuesday to Friday from 2pm to 11pm EST and Saturday from 10am to 7pm EST
Payrate: $6.20 / hr

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
1. Utilize Ring Central to call clients during their prearranged appointment scheduled in Litify.
2. Read the declarations in Spanish and verify all client personal information is accurate in all forms.
3. Make all corrections advised by the client.
4. Verify and collect any additional information from the client that may be needed.
5. Read and verify with the client in detail the declaration that was documented to verify that everything is in order and the client is aware of how the declaration is structured.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
1. Social work or Virtual Assistance experience.
2. English verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong customer service (MUST).
4. Positive attitude and adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. (Proofreading)
6. Proven ability to meet deadlines and time manage themselves without supervision.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1.
2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
3. Virtual/Legal Assitance, Immigration experience
4. At least two years of experience in a similar position and one year working remotely.
