Overview
An experienced data-driven technical delivery lead with experience in executing multiple concurrent software related projects. This role will be responsible for managing to key performance indicators for both customers and the organization in a face-paced setting.
Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and refine project and resource plans for a diverse portfolio of software implementation and upgrade projects.
• Conduct weekly reviews and make necessary adjustments to project resources, timelines, and burn rates.
• Track project progress, including tasks and milestones, percent completes, and identification and mitigation of risks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to satisfy project deliverables and requests.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with external stakeholders by providing regular status updates, facilitating resource needs, and coordinating requests requiring follow-ups.
• Prepare and deliver regular communication with internal and external stakeholders on project status.
• Work both independently and part of project teams, contributing to overall project objectives with a focus on the customer’s satisfaction and success.
• Leverage data trends and analytics to propose and adapt to a changing project landscape, inclusive of project planning, risk management, progress tracking, and decision making.
• Track to key performance indictors including: revenue and margin targets, on-time delivery tracking, and defects encountered.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, with preferred knowledge in both cloud and on-premises software architectures
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Azure Dev Ops and Salesforce workflows and use cases.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Power BI
• Ability to manage workload and priorities across 5+ concurrent projects and customers.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
