Responsibilities:
- Design and creation of visual content: Develop and design a wide range of visual materials, including digital and print graphics, social media assets, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
- Brand consistency: Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand's message and values.
- Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to create visually engaging content that supports campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve and innovate in your work.
- Manage multiple projects: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Adapt and iterate designs: Modify and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the desired objectives.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of web design and video editing is a plus.
- Competitive salary ranging from COP $1,500,000 to $5,000,000 monthly, based on experience and skills.
