Hi There, This is Laura from CI&T!

I am a Talent Analyst looking for QA Engineers in Colombia to work on a international project with a client from USA!

Come and join us in this new journey

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases for our web components.
Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.
Ensure the compatibility of our web components across different browsers and devices.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes and practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest quality of software.
Application of concepts such as the Test Pyramid
Solution for regression and acceptance testing
Training your team members

Requirements for this challenge:

Experience with Manual Testing on Web Applications UI & API QA
Experience with SQL Server
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal for a Technical and Non-Technical audience.
Excellent collaboration skills.
Experience in planning, controlling, specifying and executing web based tests.
Experience in defining, collecting, measuring, and presenting Quality Metrics for continuous improvement
Task management tools (e.g. Git Lab, JIRA)
Experience in documentation to clearly report defects and improvements;
Knowledge of testing pyramid;

Nice to have

Experience with testing frameworks like Jest and tools like Storybook
Familiarity with Web development languages (HTML, SASS/CSS, Java Script/Type Script)
