Como MSL VIH, tendrás el objetivo de llevar a cabo la estrategia de la compañía desde el punto de vista científico, a través de interacciones con los principales expertos externos (EE) identificados y la ejecución de tácticas específicas para promover la conciencia y el conocimiento sobre las acciones terapéuticas de los productos; así como la profundización en las enfermedades y actividades de investigación, desarrollando e implementando estrategias específicas de acuerdo con los insights recopilados en campo.

Responsabilidades:
Esta posición te da la oportunidad de liderar actividades claves para progresar TU carrera, las principales son:

• Crear y mantener relaciones con miembros influyentes de la comunidad médica (Expertos Externos – EE), y otros proveedores de atención médica (HCP) en VIH dentro de un territorio asignado para brindar educación científica integral sobre estados de enfermedad, opciones terapéuticas y avances de investigación.
• Representar al área médica y a la compañía como un recurso científico experto VIH para proveedores de servicios de salud y colegas internos, comunicando de manera experta información científica, recopilando y comunicando opiniones relevantes, para avanzar e influir en la dirección estratégica del departamento de Asuntos médicos y la compañía.
• Representar a Asuntos Médicos y a la Compañía en eventos, programas, reuniones y convenciones educativas médicas, cobertura e informes del programa científico del Congreso, desarrollo y ejecución de reuniones médicas internas carácter no promocional.
• Participa en el desarrollo y la implementación de las estrategias e iniciativas del área médica y de carácter no promocional específicas del país y del territorio para identificar, desarrollar e implementar programas médicos no promocionales locales, regionales y nacionales.

Para alcanzar nuestras metas estamos buscando perfiles con las siguientes características:

• Formación Profesional en áreas de Medicina o áreas relacionadas (Enfermería, Químico Farmacéutico)
• Con experiencia o Maestría en Epidemiología o Salud Pública
• Preferentemente experiencia en posiciones de MSL y/o experiencia en el área terapéutica VIH
• Manejo del idioma inglés

Se valorarán perfiles con orientación a resultados, capacidad para establecer buenas relaciones interpersonales y disposición para el aprendizaje.
