Here's a deeper dive into what we expect:Lead Generation: Proactively identify and reach out to potential leads using our curated database. Your ability to initiate contact with potential customers and gauge interest will be crucial.Sales Strategy.
Execution:
Implement effective phone sales strategies to convert inquiries into sales. You'll need to adeptly articulate the benefits and value of our cleaning services, crafting a compelling narrative that aligns with the customer's specific needs.
Service Knowledge:
Possess a thorough understanding of our cleaning packages, pricing tiers, and service customization options. Your deep product knowledge will enable you to upsell additional services and deliver accurate information to clients.
Rapport Building:
Establish a rapport with potential and existing clients through excellent communication skills. Your warmth and genuine interest in their needs can turn a routine service call into a loyal customer.
Negotiation Skills:
Employ tactful negotiation to close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction. You'll understand the art of balancing customer requests with business needs.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls for recent service inquiries, quotes provided, and services rendered, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and pursuing opportunities for repeat business or referrals.
Objection Handling:
Skillfully navigate customer objections or concerns, offering solutions and alternatives that lead to a sale without compromising the customer's experience.Target Achievement: Strive to meet or exceed set targets for call volume, sales conversions, and customer feedback, contributing directly to the company’s revenue and growth.
Customer Lifecycle Management:
Manage the customer journey from the first contact through post-sale follow-up, aiming to create a seamless and positive experience that fosters long-term loyalty.
Feedback Loop:
Relay customer insights and feedback to the management team to help refine sales tactics, service offerings, and customer experience strategies.

- Competitive hourly rate.
- Sales commission: Generous percentage of the total revenue generated, PLUS fixed fee per client won.
