About the job
A Sales Operations Lead plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing sales CRM systems, coordinating sales training and Meetings, maintaining sales enablement content, and ensuring the sales team has access to the necessary tools and technologies
What you’ll be doing:
1. Making Miracles:

About you
- Experience: +2Y with previous experience on the role or similar roles.
- Duties & Responsibilities: Creation of business review packs for forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales performance, and others and automate them where possible
- Use available tools and reporting infrastructure to monitor defined growth initiatives
- Define and improve operational processes for the Sales Follow up.
- Drive the operational components of FY Planning including Sales Role Planning, Target & Quota Setting, Coverage
- Align Sales Ops activities with Support Functions areas and assist Sales Management in this process.
- Identify and measure baseline metrics that will be used to inform prioritization decisions
- Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process inefficiencies
- Implementing and manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and customer relationships
- Directly assist teams developing high-value clients.
- Skills & Competencies Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
- Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
- Technology skills to utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
- Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
- Strong organizational skills.
- Education: bachelor’s degree in business or other relevant fields like engineer. Courses and majors or minors in subjects such as management, finance, statistics and marketing may be an asset.
- Language: English B1 / B2
