Hi There, This is Laura from CI&T!

I am a Talent Analyst looking for Senior Front End Engineers in Colombia to work on a international project with a client from the automotive sector in USA!

You will develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver feature-rich and user-friendly solutions.

Requirements for this challenge:

Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer with expertise in React.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the project's overall success.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development, and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance our technology stack.
Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through automated testing and continuous
