Service Desk Analyst, Jr -CO-Bogota

- Provide user support and customer service on company-supported computers, applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Follow up on all tickets in a timely manner and follow through to resolution.
- Using ticketing systems, writing technical support documentation and computer proficiency with hardware and software technologies
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advice user on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Assist other departments with troubleshooting and tech inquiries
What will help you succeed:
- 1+ years of Service Desk Analyst experience
- 1+ years of Service Desk Analyst experience
- Hardware knowledge: Basic
- Software troubleshooting: Basic
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience(Ex. Certification)
- Languages: Basic level of English
Technical Skills:
- Monitoring tools, phone support, ticketing system, password reset, network operations,MDM, MS 365: Basic
- Jamf: Advance, Azure: Basic.
- Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, i OS devices, Android Devices, Printers.
- Mac OS: Basic.
- Linux: Basic.
- Networking: Basic.
- VPN: Basic, Vo IP Telephony: Basic.
- Cloning and Imaging: Intermediate.
