We are looking for an innovative trainer to design training programs for employees who need more corporate training. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that new employees receive onboarding training to prepare them for their role.
To be successful as a trainer you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and delivers engaging training modules for employees at various levels, ensuring consistency in content delivery.
- Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees.
- Prepare learning materials for programs.
- Develop onboarding programs for new employees.
- Conduct surveys to gauge the effectiveness of programs.
- Research new teaching methods.
- Utilizes multimedia tools and interactive techniques to make training sessions more dynamic and impactful.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of training classes, making adjustments as necessary to meet organizational goals.
- Bachelor's Degree or related.
- Bilingual, Good communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish.
- Experience in creating teaching or training material.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software.
- Creative problem solving and thinking skills.
- Must have a stable internet connection, a suitable, working computer and headset.
- 40 hours, 8-hour shift, 5 days a week
