• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related areas.
• Desired experience of 1-3 years in financial areas, especially in Treasury and Back-office operations.
• Knowledge of Corporate Banking and Capital Markets, Primarly in LAO countries
• Knowledge of financial analysis and cash management.
• Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, and/or financial services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel-Advanced.
• SQL Query experience. Preference but not a must.
• Knowledge of Oracle. Preference but not a must.
• Experience with Treasury Workstations preferred.
• Must have excellent English oral, written and communication skills, Spanish and Portuguese – preference
• Ability to use good judgment in making decisions independently relating to daily Treasury/Finance activities.
• Ability to work with all levels of management through daily interface and formal presentation.
• Detail and Results oriented.
• Display commitment to continuous improvement of business.
• Mathematical ability to understand and calculate payments based on local accounting rules.
• Must have organizational skills.
• Must have time management skills.
• Proven ability to operate in the banking/corporate environment.

What you will be doing:

• Oversees Treasury Systems and Projects related to cash flow, investments, debt, and capital management.
• Conducts and/or participates in meetings with different teams throughout the Organization to develop a solid understanding of upcoming and ongoing projects and the associated impact to the departments.
• Support Business initiatives and projects taking into account local regulations, Methodologies and process by the utilization of the Treasury System
• Reviews software, technical and functional requirements to ensure department requirements are thoroughly documented and supported.
• Coordinates testing including developing test scripts, reviewing documentation and test results and communicating any issues to management, developers and business analysts.
• Monitors Local Regulations, Banking and Capital Markets policies and procedures in each country
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conform with all company policies and procedures.
