About the role:
DHL is hiring a Billing Agent – CEMS Americas to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will deliver support and output to achieve correct, complete and timely invoicing. Additional tasks and accountabilities include but are not limited to:


Main Responsabilities

  • Deliver support and output to achieve correct, complete and timely invoicing.
  • Liaise with Internal and External contacts to request and follow-up account numbers or other relevant information to support correct, timely and complete billing.
  • Identify query root cause and ensure billing accuracy and timeliness upon receipt of shipment
  • Check and analyze incoming shipments, requests and queries of shipment
  • Load billing data into our validation tools to produce maintenance reports.
  • Reconcile billing data to ensure accurate and complete invoicing.
  • Maintain and prepare data for transfer to produce accurate billing invoices/credits.
  • Register relevant data in tools to monitor status of work.
  • Provide and demonstrate the work done according to internal control procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Good MS Windows & Excel as an end user (required).
  • Fresh Graduates, currently studying Business Administration, or administrative experience (experience in a SSC environment will be an added advantage)
  • English written (80%) and speaking (80%)
  • One year of experience in similar roles.
