We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Club Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. As a Club Pro Shop Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to golfers and tennis players and ensuring the smooth operation of the pro shop. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with merchandise, managing tee-time bookings, and maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. If you have a passion for golf, excellent interpersonal skills, and a knack for multitasking, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Provide outstanding customer service to all pro shop visitors, including golfers, members, and guests. Assist customers in selecting appropriate golf apparel, and accessories based on their needs and preferences. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized and visually appealing pro shop by regularly restocking merchandise and ensuring proper display and arrangement. Keep track of inventory levels, perform regular stock checks, and communicate with the management regarding any inventory needs or discrepancies. Handle tee-time reservations, manage the booking system, and ensure tee-time schedules are accurate and up to date. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding golf course services, merchandise, and general information. Provide information on golf & Tennis lessons, clinics, and events, and assist in scheduling and coordinating these activities. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pro shop, including dusting, sweeping, and tidying up the merchandise displays. Uphold and enforce golf course & Tennis court policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Collaborate effectively with other staff members, including golf & tennis professionals, course marshals, and maintenance personnel. Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, aiming to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Perform other related duties as assigned by the pro shop manager or golf & tennis management.
