As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Evaluate customer´s issues and order discrepancies and work with them to resolve them.
- Provide the highest level of customer service for internal and external customers.
- Answering inbound calls and resolve the customer´s issues.
- Making outbound calls to generate UR contract leads and follow up on customer satisfaction surveys.
- Work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and night shift according to business needs to support our customer base.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer Service experience.
- Fluent written and verbal communications skills in English
- Keen eye for details
- Knowledgeable with MS Office Applications (Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Availability to work on flexible schedules including holidays according to business needs.
As a plus we are also looking for:
- A candidate pursuing a Bachelor´s degree.
- Technical Support experience is a plus.
