We are looking for a General Financial Accountant.
Job Description
Essential Job Functions and responsibilities

• Perform maker role when booking ledger entries.
• Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers, including passing appropiate required adjustment entries.
• Consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.
• Assist with financial and management reporting, planning and analysis, metrics, monitoring and forecasting.
• Identify and resolve problems using basic Finance knowledge, escalating as needed.

Profile requirements (Mandatory):

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong overall knowledge of General Accountant.
• Attention to details (complex entries, QA, exception management).
• Time management. Committed to learn and deliver.
• Exposure to process improvement projects in RTR. ERP experience.

Qualifications requirements (Mandatory):

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking Financial sector.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting sector.
• Advanced English level, spoken and written (Language will be evaluated).
• Strong computer & Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Strong Knowlagede with global ERP (SAP, Oracle Cloud ERP, Net Suite, Exact Globe, etc.).
• Full time availability during weekdays.
• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (Provable) or above.

Physical requirements:

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Required to work on a computer (Provided by company).
• Willing to work in Hybrid mode.
• Living in Heredia, Costa Rica is Mandatory.
