In this role, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact within our fantastic company. You’ll work closely with the account´s Manager and the VP of Finance to design and develop our key metrics reporting system. You’ll provide centralized support to all our operations, collaborating across business units to assist branches and senior management. Your objective will be to understand our businesses and their unique challenges, and by leveraging your knowledge of our key business drivers, establish financial analysis and reporting structures that offer valuable insights to our team.
Responsibilities:
•Creates, participates in, and oversees daily/weekly/monthly financial P&L’s and ad hoc Branch reporting processes, and performs various financial analyses in support of the business operations along with commentaries.
•Creates and applies reporting templates, such as three-month rolling forecasts, yearly budgets, overhead expenses, yearly capital plans, daily bank reporting and coordination, cash advance activities, weekly and month borrowing base calculation reports to support journal entries to meet legal and corporate standards, including meeting deadlines.
•Provides financially informed analytical support, understanding the financial and accounting impact of business processes, and evaluate current and future business activities.
•Conducts and oversees financial analyses, projects, and processes; conducts or participates in complex and comprehensive financial investigations.
•Recommends process and control reporting rules and provides clear standards of practice, protocols, and direction for internal and external partners; works closely with auditors and others, to maintain financial integrity of the business and increase understanding of financial applications, controls, and standards.
MUST HAVE
· Create reports in power BI Strong data analytics experience with SQL, Python
· Skilled in SQL operations like joins, sub-queries, tracing, and performance tuning.
· Expert in utilizing Power BI, and Power Point to deliver compelling presentations and enhance stakeholder engagement.
· Adaptive in utilizing AI technologies as data project solutions.
· Programming Languages: Python, R, SAS, SQL
· Data Analysis & Processing: SQL, VBA, data mining, data analysis, data processing
· Statistical Analysis: Linear regression, multivariate analysis, regression models, classification models, hypothesis testing
