Quality Control Analyst
The Quality Control “QC” Analyst will be responsible to track and monitor meeting related HCP data compliance and guideline adherence. The QC Analyst will review between 30-50 files monthly and follow-up on any discrepancies found. The files are including, but not limited to, pharmaceutical meetings attended by Healthcare Providers. As a QC Analyst, you will:
- Ensure consistency and quality control
- Support the Transparency process with a focus on HCP attendance, HCP contact information, all in-kind service reporting, Air reports, Hotel modules and more
- Work with BCD account leadership and client to recommend process modifications and efficiencies that will simplify maintenance of Transfer of Value reporting
- Ensure all HCP TOV support documents are current and are updates in accordance with the changing environment
- Adheres to quality control measures/cross checks for every aspect of data reporting for accuracy.
- Have a complete understanding of customer Transfer of Value processes and requirements
- Ensure compliance with all SOPs and internal policies, procedures and corporate guidance
You’re good at:
- Managing multiple priorities and being adaptable.
- You have exceptional problem-solving skills, are calm under pressure and work well in a collaborative environment.
- Knowledge of accounting basics and revenue financial analysis
- Knowledge of HCP & related Pharma compliance requirements
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet numerous deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing scenarios; ability to respond to constant change from one program to another.
You might also have:
- Previous Pharma experience is preferred
- Bachelor Degree in related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and billing is preferred.
- Audit controls background preferred
- Advanced level of computer skills to manage databases, utilize macros. Experience working with databases and web applications.
You should know:
- Only candidates that are located in the municipality of San Jose, Costa Rica are eligible to apply for this role.
- This role is a virtual position, but candidates are required to go into our office in Lagunilla, Heredia twice per month
- This role operates in Eastern Standard time. Local hours are 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM, and follows daylight savings.
- C1 Level English language skills are required for this role.
