• Follow the defined intercompany accounting procedures to process invoices
• Handle daily booking operations in compliance with GAAP and IFRS guidelines
• Processing methods include EDI, ERS, VIM, and manual entry of invoices
• Work closely with intercompany vendors to ensure proper authorization and accuracy of data
• Serve as the first point of contact for suppliers and vendors regarding disputed account discrepancies
• Report and escalate any discrepancies as needed
• Prepare accounts payable tasks at the end of each month
• Complete monthly account reconciliations
• Take responsibility for identifying and implementing improvements in the invoicing process.

• High school/university education preferably in economics.
• Experience in accounting, preferably with an understanding of A/P and A/R process.
• Good communication skills.
• A sense of careful approach and responsible work and service delivery mind-set.
• Experience with cross-cultural teams and work environment is an advantage.
• Conversational English (other foreign language nice to have).
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP or other ERP experience is an advantage.
