Job description:
The Supervisor at Front Desk is responsible for the smooth functioning of the front office department.

• His / Her subject is the professional leadership of assigned area of responsibility.

• He / She assists the manager in the implementation of all standards in the line with the corporate policy with the priority of the highest possible business success.

Daily duties:

• You are also expected to do checking guests in and out, issuing of keys; taking reservations by telephone or email; preparing bills and dealing with payments; provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints.

Požadujeme:
Job requirements:

• Experience in the field in a similar position

• Independence, professionalism, flexibility

• Excellent communication and organizational skills with an emphasis on quality and accuracy

• Very good knowledge of the Czech and English languages, knowledge of the German language is an advantage

• Knowledge of the Opera system is an advantage
