Senior Collections Analyst – Prague
We have an opportunity for a Senior Collections Analyst to join us at Honeywell in Prague offices, CZ.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, you would identify and allocate all payments and ensure that all cash is posted and distributed accurately and within required time frames under conformity to the applicable internal controls and compliance requirements.
This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor AR Ledger and Follow up with customers for timely collection of debts.
• Drive timely month close and compliance.
• Perform variance analysis.
• Support Balance Sheet reviews and participate in Internal audits.
• Drive reconciliation of Accounts and generate ad hoc reports.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance o equal experience and at least 2 years of experience.
• Knowledge of SAP or other ERP, Hyperion and Excel and the ability to present complex analysis with clarity.
• Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business.
• MS Excel skills.
• Fluent in English is mandatory and any extra language is an advantage.
