The Supplier Portal TPO is responsible for managing and maintaining the supplier portal, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and providing technical support to suppliers. What you will do
The Supplier Portal TPO is responsible for managing and maintaining the supplier portal, ensuring timely and accurate updates, and providing technical support to suppliers. As the Supplier Portal TPO, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the portal and providing excellent customer service to suppliers:
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for architecture design of Service Now S2P (Source2Pay) module, Procurement Accounts Payable and Third Party Risk Management solutions.
- Designing in-depth solutions for multiple Procurement and Risk Management processes e.g., Request To Pay (R2P), Source to Contract (S2C), and Third Party Risk Management.
- Develop and maintain the supplier portal within the Service Now platform to ensure seamless and efficient supplier self-registration, vendor data management, accounts payable management.
- Continued enhancements to the Third Party Risk Management solution to support risk assessment and due diligent processes.
- Build and maintain integrations with applications like Ariba, One S4 HANA, SAP MDG and other data lakes to support procurement operations on the vendor portal.
- Hands on experience of Service Now Procurement modules to perform quick POC’s to demonstrate new features to business owners and accelerate time from design to development.
- Be the Tech and Data Site Lead for the contact center in Prague supporting all of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) countries for shared services.
- Gather requirements from business owners, and craft fast, efficient, and large-scale solutions.
- Assess architecture and solution designed to support Kenvue objectives including alignment with Service Now implementation best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the supplier experience.
- Create and maintain documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years as a Service Now technical product owner, platform owner, or architect. Service Now S2P, TPRM module implementation experience preferred.
- Experience with implementing Procurement R2P, S2C and Account Payable processes.
- 2+ years organization leadership/people management preferred.
- Expert knowledge in the Service Now platform and capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing technology and innovation to solve business challenges.
- Experience working in and/or leading Product, Agile and Scrum teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
