Unicontrol has revolutionized 3D machine control systems for earthmovers making it accessible for a wider range of contractors. Established in 2018, we have been able to grow to 27 countries through partners and today employ 60 people. Earthmovers are just the beginning, and we offer a position where you will be a key player in the technical growth of our partners worldwide.

THE POSITION
You will join our Customer Success team that helps our international distributors with everything they need to grow their markets: ordering, pre-sales, troubleshooting, training, etc.
The Customer Success approach is key in Uncontrol’s growth strategy and currently present in Denmark and US.
Main responsibilities:

• Creating partnerships with our distributors.
• Increase product adoption for existing distributors.
• Support our distributors.
• Visualize and manage distributor needs across the organization.
• Growth opportunities to the rest of the Customer Success responsibilities

You must be able to establish and develop long-term relationships based on close cooperation, both to distributors and inside the company.
Our HQ is in Odense, where you will work. Some travel to distributors and trade shows is to be expected.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate has a relevant technical background combined with some years of experience within machine control, surveying, or digital construction.
Qualifications:

• Fluency in English. If you also speak one of the languages German, French, Spanish or Danish, it is an advantage.
• Experience from the digital construction industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across cultures.
• Curious mindset.
• Team spirit
• Pragmatic troubleshooter with a technical mindset
