Finance Controller Intern

We are looking for a Finance Controller intern only with school agreement, starting 1st of September 2024 to join the Finance/Controlling Department for 6 months.
Within the Nordic Organization and reporting to the Nordic Controlling Manager, you will have the perfect opportunity to learn the operational processes around financial planning, analysis and controlling. You will receive a solid overview of the controlling processes that are the foundations of any Finance/Controlling department. This internship will be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

MissionsYOUR MISSION
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Performing weekly sales reconciliation between retailers cashier and Dior cashier on DTC business.
- Controlling and approving expenses related to Marketing.
- Follow up of Actuals vs Forecasted expenses related to Marketing.
- Supervising Cycle Counts in DTC doors.
- Taking care of Stock Management in our Retail business.
- Tracking and follow up of POSM expenses (Testers, Samples, Gifts and Merchandising material).
- Tracking and follow up of Free Goods.
- Creating new analysing tools (mainly on excel) to improve efficiency.
- Tracking expenses on T&E.
- Ad-hoc support to Controlling Manager.

ProfilWHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor or Master Student (Major Finances or Business Administration)
- Fluent in English is mandatory - Scandinavian language is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Particularly Excel is a must)
- Structured and organized, with an eye for the detail.
- Analytical skills and strong communication skills.
