Responsibilities:
- Install custom curtains tailored to meet the specific needs and environments of both individual clients and businesses.
- Deliver top-notch installation quality, embodying the luxury and precision our clients expect.
- Work closely with the design team to fully understand each project's aesthetic and technical requirements.
- Provide maintenance and repair services for previously installed curtains.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely, efficient service.
- As the last point of contact on-site, you’ll have the chance to leave a lasting, positive impression with customers, ensuring they walk away with a great experience.
- Previous experience in curtain installation or related trades like carpentry or electrical work.
- A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for service and keen attention to detail are essential to succeed in this role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
