What you’ll do:
As a key member of our Export Customer Service team, you'll be the voice of MASCOT, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service while collaborating closely with our teams in Denmark and Vietnam.
You will:
- Connect and engage with customers via phone and email, providing exceptional service and support.
- Guide and advise customers and distributors on our extensive product range.
- Handle returns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support customers on our online platforms and digital services.
- Process orders and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Fluent in German and English (bonus points for Danish).
- Experienced in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a relevant educational background.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp on CRM, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- Outgoing, service-oriented, and a natural team player with a proactive mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work from our HQ in Pårup, Denmark during:
- Monday-Wednesday: 08.00-16.30
- Thursday: 08.00-16.00
- Friday: 08.00-14.00

In addition to our well-furnished office space, our offices invite fellowship and a good working environment. Our skilled chefs prepare lunch in the restaurant, which colleagues enjoy with a view of fields and forest from the top floor of the building.
