Your conclusions from big data create our continuous improvement
Our Group Quality team consists of 2 colleagues today – your immediate manager, who is responsible for the commercial quality of our Western markets, and 1 colleague in China responsible for the East.
You and your manager will be sitting among our 90 colleagues working with product development. Here, you cannot help absorbing the creative atmosphere, as colleagues will experiment with new products on machines right in the middle of the open plan office. All sealed off by soundproof glass capsules of course, so you will have no problem concentrating.
Your main tasks will be to:

• Collect and analyse big data on claims on worn and unworn shoes, leathergoods, and accessories from our markets
• Summarize the patterns and trends you find in various reports to your immediate manager
• Be responsible for the approval process when changes are requested for our bill of materials, which means that you will;
  • Ensure that the right procedure is followed and documentation is provided by factories, markets, product developers, and sales and marketing colleagues
  • Ensure the relevant stakeholders approve the requests within the given time frame
• Continuously provide your input on how we optimise our work with commercial quality

We are working on creating and implementing an IT solution that will funnel data from all our markets. This means that the collection of data will take up a smaller portion of your work over time, so you can focus even more on analysis.
You navigate easily in both change and big data sets
It almost goes without saying that you have an immaculate sense of detail. And as you dig through the numbers, your curiosity for new insights is never far away.
Just like us, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and can handle all the variability this entails. This also means that you easily chip in with your ideas to help us improve.
We also imagine that you:

• Have experience through studies or work with finding patterns and trends in big data – perhaps from QA, controlling, business intelligence, data analysis or studies with a strong focus on data, especially large quantities of numbers
• Have a high Excel and Power BI proficiency
• Speak and write English fluently, as you will join colleagues with different nationalities in Group Development and Engineering
